Interim Director of the Division of Biostatistics

Dr. Foraker began her tenure as the interim director of the Division of Biostatistics in August, 2022. She has been a leader in Washington University’s Institute for Informatics since 2017 and her interim leadership of the Division of Biostatistics represents the kind of administrative and programmatic alignment that was envisioned with the 2019 merger of the Division of Biostatistics with the Institute for Informatics under the umbrella of the Office of Health Information and Data Science.

Randi Foraker, PhD, MA, FAHA, FAMIA, FACMI, is the Director of the Center for Population Health Informatics (CPHI) at the Institute for Informatics (I2), a Professor of Medicine within the Division of General Medical Sciences at Washington University School of Medicine, Co-Director of the Center for Administrative Data Research (CADR), and a Professor of Public Health within the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
