WUBIOS Computing Facility

The mission of the WUBIOS Computing Facility (WUBIOS) is to provide support for the storage and analysis of data. In this capacity, the facility supports both the Division and its primary collaborators.

Services and charges

Services provided by the WUBIOS Computing Facility include access to the facility to store, manage and analyze data. As of 7/1/2021, the cost is $5,898.72 per FTE per year per Biostatistics technical faculty and staff charged to the project. These charges are billed on a monthly basis through the University’s accounting system. Rates are adjusted in accordance with Washington University’s recharge center policy and federal Uniform Guidance. For current rates, please contact Christy Potthast, christy.potthast@wustl.edu.

WUBIOS Computing Facility staff

The Director of the WUBIOS Computing Facility is Professor J. Philip Miller, jphilipmiller@wustl.edu. His staff includes full-time Systems Administrator, Erich Schraer, erich@wustl.edu, Systems Administrator, Barry Sasser, sasser@wustl.edu, and one support staff, Rita Fulton, rfulton@wustl.edu.
